Content Creator/Project Manager

Golden Perspective is looking for a creative, organized, and self-driven Content Creator/Project Manager to lead the planning, production, and execution of content for our local clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing brands to life through strategic, high-quality content.

As our Content Creator/Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to develop content strategies, build shot lists, coordinate content days, and ensure every client receives engaging content that aligns with their brand and marketing goals. You'll also serve as the primary point of contact during content days, confidently leading clients through the creative process while keeping projects organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute content creation for local clients.

• Develop creative concepts and shot lists alongside the Social Media Manager.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Organize content libraries and ensure assets are delivered efficiently to the team.

• Manage project timelines and communicate proactively with clients throughout the content process.

• Collaborate with the design, website, and marketing teams to support larger campaigns.

• Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through final delivery.

• Stay up to date on social media trends, content best practices, and emerging creative ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, or any other related field.

• Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva proficiency.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for composition and storytelling.

• Comfortable directing clients on camera and creating a positive, engaging experience.

• Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing, branding, and social media.

• Experience creating content for businesses or brands is preferred.

What To Expect

• In-office Monday through Thursday, remote Fridays
